Aalborg Taffel Akvavit is crystal clear in appearance – although most have a golden hue to them - has very crisp aromas of Caraway, with just a hint of orange and a wonderful warm spice finish to it.
Akvavit is made from a traditional recipe of herbs and berries – for example juniper and strawberries.
Aquavit, Danish Schnapps, has been the preferred drink of the Danish since it was launched in 1846. In 2002 the Aalborg Taffel Akvavit was elected the best Akvavit in the world at the International Wine and Spirit Competition
