1 bottle Rosé - dark & sweet works best.

75ml Lemon Juice

225g Fresh Strawberries

1/2 cup of Sugar

1/2 cup of Water

Garnish: fresh strawberry & mint

Freeze rosé in small take away containers, or ice cube trays.

Boil sugar and ½ cup water; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Add strawberries, remove from heat, and let sit 30 minutes. Scoop out chunky bits and strain into a small bowl; cover and chill until cold. You've just made you very own strawberry syrup, well done!

In a blender add; frozen rosé, lemon juice, 100ml strawberry syrup, 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth.

Either serve up strain away garnished with fresh strawberries & mint.
