1 bottle Rosé - pale & crisp works best.

80ml Cointreau Liqueur

100ml Sugar Syrup

250ml Coconut water

500g Fresh Strawberries

Garnish: fresh strawberry & mint


Mix the rosé, cointreau, sugar syrup and coconut water in a jug and pour into small takeaway containers or ice cube trays and freeze.

Add the frozen rosé mix to a blender with fresh strawberries and blend until smooth.

Serve in tall tumblers, or champagne glasses, and garnish with fresh strawberry & mint.
