Orange Strawberry Sorbet - Liqueur (B,U)
45ml Cointreau Liqueur
45ml Massenez Fraise de Bois (Wild Strawberry) Liqueur
1 tablespoon castor sugar
Dice up strawberries. Add all ingredients to a blender.
Slowly add about two handfuls of ice cubes.
Blend until super smooth.
Add to a ice-cream container, or takeaway container and store in freezer.
Stir it every 30minutes to keep it semi soft if serving up in a few hours.
Remove from freezer and allow the mix to soften before serving it up the next day.
